GH Training Solutions is an independently owned Food Safety and Health & Safety training specialist based in Southampton. Established in 2006 GH Training Solutions specialises in running both public and in-house training courses from introductory courses to supervisor training and employer consultancy, particularly within the food and hospitality sector.

In order to ensure you get the most out of your course or in-house training we aim to tailor the course to suit your needs. We also will assess if the course is the most relevant for you. We will ask you to complete a booking form which includes your personal contact details so that we may get in touch with you in the event of changes to the course.
We will also ask if any of the candidates have any special needs, e.g.: Permanent or long term disability, temporary disability, medical condition, a specific learning need or if they speak English as a second language’ which will allow us to either tweak the course delivery format for those attending or request ‘reasonable adjustments’ from the awarding body.
Occasionally, we may promote of offer our courses via online platforms such as Eventbrite. If you sign up for a course via Eventbrite, you are providing your personal details to Eventbrite and you should consult with their privacy policy.
In order to obtain a course completion certificate, GH Training Solutions must provide to Highfield (or the relevant awarding body) your name, gender, date of birth and you must sign a declaration.
If you undertake an online course with us, we must register you for the course through the awarding body’s web portal. For this, we must provide your name and email address in order to create a unique user profile. The system will issue log-in links and password reminders to this email address.
We will communicate with you to arrange in-house training, confirm public course booking, to issue invoices and secure payment and confirm details of bookings made.
As part of the course sign-up or post-course evaluation, we will also ask you if you would like to receive our monthly email newsletter. If you agree, you will be added to our mailing list. We use a 3rd party data processor, MailChimp, to send our newsletter.
You have the right to change your mind and can withdraw consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained within each newsletter, or by contacting us on 02380 993866 or info@ghtainingsolutions.co.ukto request removal. Customers who unsubscribe will still service receive emails such as joining instructions or other communications regarding their booking.
