Usually, in-house training is the most popular option, as training delivery can be tailored to the exact needs of your business.
However, finding suitable dates to accommodate these absences from the workplace or arrange cover can be a real challenge and can even become a barrier to arranging the required training.
Online courses offer the benefit of being self-paced and studied independently, which can help overcome the workplace absence issue, but you lose the opportunity to tailor the content.
Blended learning training offers a ‘best of both worlds’ approach.
Each delegate receives a login to Highfield’s online course portal. They will have unrestricted access to the specific qualification for up to 1 year, enabling them to work through the course content at their own pace and at a convenient time for them.
In addition, on a date of your choosing, a classroom-based session is arranged at your premises. This session allows for face-to-face interaction, and is an opportunity for participants to ask questions and discuss topics particularly relevant to your business.
On the same day, the participants will sit the exam. Results and a Highfield accredited certificate will be available within 3 weeks.
