In-house training is the most popular option if you have a group of staff who you need to train at the same time.
Training is delivered at your premises at a date and time which suits the needs of your business. Depending on the nature of your operation, you may prefer consecutive days of training, or for the days to be spread across a longer period of time or even to coincide with shift patterns.
Training can cover an accredited course syllabus or bespoke courses are also available or can be designed to suit your specific training needs.
Whilst training will cover the syllabus for accredited courses, there will be plenty of discussion opportunities throughout the course, which can focus around your business-specific policies and practices. This is great way to ensure all employees learn and follow the same principles.
GH Training Solutions will work with you before the course in order to identify anything in particular you would like the training to cover, for example if an issue was identified in a recent inspection or using your internal policy documents.
As well as offering you full control of the training dates, in-house training is usually more cost-effective than attending a public course once you have 4 or more delegates and training can be delivered to groups of any size up to a maximum of 20.
