Food Safety Courses
My aim is for delegates to come away not just with a good understanding of food safety but a drive to implement what they have learnt at work. The focus in the food safety courses is very much on participation and discussion. Attendees often declare surprise at how much they enjoyed the course at the end of the day, having come in with a completely different expectation. We believe that learning through fun and interaction helps with retention of knowledge.
